The Elite Response Officer plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment across multiple stores during their shift. This high-visibility officer is deployed to support locations identified by data analysis as needing additional security due to issues such as anti-social behaviour and crime displaced from local stores. The officer will collaborate closely with local police to manage and monitor known offenders, thereby supporting our internal teams in the development of intelligence reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Visibility Patrols: Conduct regular, highly visible patrols in and around the stores to deter anti-social behaviour and criminal activity.
  • Incident Response: Quickly respond to any incidents of anti-social behaviour, theft, or other security concerns within the stores.
  • Collaboration with Local Police: Maintain strong communication and collaboration with local law enforcement agencies to address known offenders and ensure rapid response to serious incidents.
  • Reporting: Document and report all incidents accurately and promptly, ensuring all relevant details are captured for further investigation and analysis.
  • Data-Driven Deployment: Support stores identified through data analysis as having increased security needs, focusing efforts where they are most required.
