Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of the leisure service for the client, opening and closing the Leisure Centre on a rotating shift pattern.
- Manage cleaning and reception teams to ensure a high standard and develop the Activ Kidz brand.
- Ensure the Leisure Centre is kept clean and presentable, manage new and existing bookings, including invoicing.
- Assist in all aspects of health and safety within the Leisure Centre and roll out the monthly toolbox talks to the Leisure Staff.
- Log annual leave and sickness, and complete other line manager responsibilities for the cleaning and reception teams.
- Play a pivotal role in the marketing plans for the Leisure Centre by working closely with the Leisure Centre Manager.
- Open and close the Leisure facilities on time in accordance with the site procedures.
- Complete analysis on customer comments each month and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide cover to the FM team for locking and unlocking the school facilities.
Requirements:
- You will have relevant experience in a similar role and excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise a changing and demanding workload.

- Gym Level 2
- ASA Level 2 Swim Teaching Qualification
