Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of each project from concept to conclusion to the agreed level of quality, programme, and budget.
  • Manage contractual obligations throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Oversee quality assurance, health and safety, and overall project integrity.
  • Report project progress at regular intervals to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering projects in a fast‑paced environment whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Conversant with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards including CDM.
  • Ability to plan projects using at least one industry‑standard programming package.
  • Experience managing projects with values ranging from £10K to £2M.
