We're looking for a Senior Workplace Coordinator who will be the customer-facing representative for our services and act as a single point of contact, enhancing the workplace experience across Network Rail sites.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all FM services, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience for building users and visitors.
- Facilitate and manage delivery of FM services, working collaboratively with Mitie partners, helpdesk teams, and service managers to ensure timely responses and SLA compliance.
- Build strong relationships with Network Rail colleagues, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Take ownership of workplace areas including meeting rooms, communal spaces, and mailroom operations, ensuring high standards across housekeeping, AV equipment, and environment.
- Lead operational activities including CAFM updates, compliance documentation, team meetings, stakeholder engagement, and deputising for the Workplace Manager where required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in multi-occupancy or large-scale accounts, with strong knowledge of customer service, IFM service delivery, helpdesk processes, and QHSE procedures.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- IOSH Managing Safely certification (minimum requirement) and a valid driving licence.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Computer literate with financial awareness and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
