Salary - £14.90 per hour

Guaranteed 40+ hours per week

The role:

• This is a customer-facing role within a premium retail environment where safety, professionalism and service must work together seamlessly.
• You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while also contributing positively to the customer journey and wider store experience.
• Creating a visible, welcoming and reassuring presence within the store.
• Supporting customers and colleagues professionally and confidently.
• Responding appropriately to incidents, theft and security concerns.
• Helping de-escalate challenging situations calmly and respectfully.
• Working collaboratively with store teams as part of the wider M&S environment.
• Delivering high standards of professionalism, communication and customer service at all times.
