Role: Data Centre – Electrical Engineer Bias Hours: 42 hours per week (4 On 4 Off) Location: London, EC1V 7EB

We're looking for a Data Centre Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for operations at our site, ensuring the safe, efficient, and resilient running of all critical engineering systems.

  • Role Responsibilities
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure high standards of workmanship.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
  • Ensure all critical systems (HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, BMS, etc.) are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
  • Ensure all engineering activities are accurately logged and documented. Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, Health & Safety, and all company policies.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Recognised engineering qualification (e. g., NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience supervising engineering teams within critical environments (data centres, hospitals, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of building services systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC).
  • Experience using CMMS systems and BMS platforms.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH certification (desirable
