Mitie Group plc. is recruiting for a Custody Supervisor to lead Custody Detention Officers.
You will supervise teams, coordinate and develop staff to meet performance objectives, and ensure safety and welfare of detainees.
The role requires 12 months+ experience in a custodial environment and the ability to work across a designated region.
Fixed shifts 06:45–19:00 days and 18:45–07:00 nights on a 4-on/4-off rota, with a rolling 2-year rota.
