Position Overview
As a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order while meeting all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, know when the work needs to be carried out, and manage all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises, following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role. You will work within a team and can work under your own initiative, building positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service, and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

- Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Understand the designated cleaning area and schedule of work.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly, in line with Health and Safety guidelines.
- Complete all required training successfully.
