Reach Oldham is seeking a warm, organised, and highly professional corporate receptionist to become the friendly face of our building and the first point of contact for visitors and staff. This role is for someone who takes pride in creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. In this front-of-house role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every visitor receives a polished and positive experience.
You’ll play a key part in the daily flow of the building by:
- Greeting visitors with confidence and care, ensuring they feel welcome

- Handling phone calls, emails, deliveries, and daily correspondence

- Issuing visitor and staff passes and supporting building security
