Mitie are recruiting for an organised and proactive Contract Analyst to support the reviewing, analysing and managing contract compliance, amendments and investigations for the Staffordshire Police.

Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and timely reports on PPM activities using QFM CAFM system data
  • Submit monthly activity and progress reports
  • Perform additional duties as required to support contract operations
  • Ensure Purchase Orders are aligned with what has been quoted and agreed by the client
  • Data entry, updating and reporting

Qualifications

  • Administrative experience
  • Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Systems and Portals
  • Experience with Microsoft Office platforms, Excel etc.
  • Confident communicator and team player
