Location: Wokingham. Reporting to: Facilities Manager. Concierge Work Level: Team Leader. Mitie is looking for a Concierge Team Leader to join our NESO team in Wokingham. This is an opportunity to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction across a key FM portfolio.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a front-of-house team to deliver best-in-class service.
- Act as the primary contact for all operational and logistical front-of-house enquiries.
- Collaborate with Mitie managers in a one-team approach across services.
- Champion continuous improvement and drive change across departments.
- Ensure safety, customer service, and operational standards are consistently met.
- Engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, and respond to feedback.
- Provide monthly reports on staffing, consumables, and service efficiencies.
- Support the Facilities Manager Concierge and deputise when required.
