Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall activity of the national engineering team and the jobs delegated to the contract for delivery.
- Manage the delivery of jobs allocated for delivery within the Service Delivery team.
- Utilise systems and processes to ensure that the correct engineering resources are deployed to achieve first time fixes for customers.
- Ensure that the job is attended within the specified SLAs.
- Manage the completion of the job, ensuring all parts and materials are accounted for and required documentation is completed.
- Follow up and reallocate any incomplete jobs as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Experience working within a service delivery or contact centre.
- Demonstrate a creative approach to analysing and solving problems using technology and reported information.
- Possess strong IT skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy and diverse environment.
Please note that this position is dependent upon the successful candidate passing BPSS security clearance.
