Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time

Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 15

Location: Mitie TSOC, Pacific House, Simonsway, Atlas Business Park, Wythenshawe, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England, M22 5PR

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall activity of the national engineering team and the jobs delegated to the contract for delivery.
  • Manage the delivery of jobs allocated for delivery within the Service Delivery team.
  • Utilise systems and processes to ensure that the correct engineering resources are deployed to achieve first time fixes for customers.
  • Ensure that the job is attended within the specified SLAs.
  • Manage the completion of the job, ensuring all parts and materials are accounted for and required documentation is completed.
  • Follow up and reallocate any incomplete jobs as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a service delivery or contact centre.
  • Demonstrate a creative approach to analysing and solving problems using technology and reported information.
  • Possess strong IT skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy and diverse environment.

Please note that this position is dependent upon the successful candidate passing BPSS security clearance.
