We’re looking for a Commercial Coordinator who will support quantity surveying and commercial management activities while assisting the Projects Commercial Director and Senior Leadership Team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist the Projects Commercial Director with coordination, preparation and management of key documentation, reports, presentations and meetings.
  • Deliver administrative support to quantity surveying and commercial management teams.
  • Support rollout and administration of electronic payment software (Payapps) and contribute to Project Bedrock tracking and adoption.
  • Help prepare, process and maintain contract documentation including subcontracts, purchase orders and payment applications.
  • Collate and submit monthly commercial reports, CVRs, business reviews and forecasts, ensuring document storage and accurate record‑keeping across all commercial materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant administrative experience within construction, engineering or commercial environments.
  • Experience supporting commercial or quantity surveying teams (desirable).
  • Familiarity with Payapps, ERP systems or business change projects is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational, communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong numeracy capability.
  • Professionalism, discretion and the ability to meet deadlines while adapting to new processes and business change initiatives.
