Purpose of the Role
To enhance and deliver service provision outputs ensuring that our Guests visiting Braintree Village are surprised and delighted by their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example following the GUEST standards.
- Accountable for security standards alongside the security team.
- Manage the day-to-day sub-contractor relationship and the onsite delivery.
- Develop outstanding relationships with retailers, other departments and the onsite client team to aid excellent communication.
- Support with health and safety, systems, policies and procedure, incident reports within the Security and delivery team.
- Support with daily/weekly audits and make sure they are carried out for all internal areas to include malls, carpark and back of house corridors.
- Monitor guest feedback alongside other departments through all communication methods, endeavouring to ensure that the concern or issue is rectified and where feedback is not possible elevate to the appropriate person.
- Embrace the company culture through effective teamwork.
- To work within the security protocols outlined by company procedures.
- Familiarise and develop working knowledge to work with Braintree Village operating systems.
- Conduct other duties denoted in the role.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of two years working within a Security sector or retail environment.
- Must be experienced in using Microsoft, including Outlook and Excel.
- Willingness to undertake any further appropriate training.
- CCTV license desirable but not essential (must be willing to go do course provided by Mitie to complete if don't already have).
- Door Supervisor SIA security licence Required.
- Must be flexible to work anytime between 7am - 7pm working weekdays and weekends.
- 9 week rolling rota working 5 days out of 7 on 8 and 9 hour shifts.
