We’re looking for a Yard Operative/Production Operator who will support production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
Role Responsibilities
- Label products accurately in line with company standards
- Monitor production processes, replenishing supplies as required
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and counterbalance trucks to move products within the facility
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
- Conduct equipment checks and report any faults, malfunctions, or safety concerns
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations, including PPE requirements
- Awareness of risks associated with hazardous chemicals
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision
