In this role, you will take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service and consistent delivery. You will work closely with Project Managers to scope, plan and oversee multi-site telecoms rollout projects, making sure everything stays on programme, within budget and aligned with our high standards.
Acting as the main point of contact for key clients, you will build strong partnerships, resolve issues quickly and provide strategic guidance that supports their long-term goals. You will also collaborate internally, contributing to bids, tenders and pricing, helping us identify new opportunities and drive growth across the business.
You will play a major role in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring we uphold Mitie's Health & Safety policies and Quality Management Systems, while closely monitoring performance, targets, financials, debtors and work-in-progress. All whilst managing, developing and supporting your team, ensuring recruitment, training and performance management are delivered to the highest standards.
What You Will Bring
- You will need to bring significant experience - ideally more than a decade - in the Mobile Telecommunications industry, particularly within large rollout programmes.
- You must be confident managing teams, budgets and contract-level P&L, with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to assess risk effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working proactively with clients, internal stakeholders, subcontractors and senior leaders.
- The role calls for someone who is naturally organised, detail-driven and able to juggle multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- A full driving licence is required, as you will be required to travel to clients' offices & sites as required.
