Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor
Pay: £18.87 per hour
Contract Type: Part Time

Hours: 15 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sunday 14:00 – 22:00
Location: McCormick (UK), 5 Forli Strada, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England, PE7 3HH

Responsibilities

• Oversee a weekend cleaning team, develop staff and maintain service standards for routine and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
• Ensure cleaning staff follow schedules and Health & Safety procedures, provide technical training, distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness, manage supplies and handle issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills, reliable, hardworking and a professional attitude.
