Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the hospital has a reputation for high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to develop this further.
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
  • Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Work to own initiative where appropriate; be reliable, hardworking, with a professional attitude; able to work to a schedule; be a team player; and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
  • Maintain full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cleaning is preferred, but training can be provided.
  • Ability to bring a high standard of service delivery to a healthcare setting.
