- Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
- Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
- Handle issues professionally and escape to line manager when needed
Previous supervisory and cleaning experience
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and to a schedule
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to service excellence
- Willingness to support continuous improvement in service delivery
