Apprentice Painter & Decorator in Chorley

This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills, gain valuable experience, and build a long-term career with one of the UK's leading property services companies. Working alongside experienced decorators, you'll receive full training in all aspects of painting and decorating across a variety of commercial, residential and public sector projects.

What You'll Be Doing As an Apprentice Painter & Decorator, you will learn and assist with:

• Internal and external painting and decorating works.
• Surface preparation, including sanding, filling and minor repairs.
• Safe use and maintenance of painting and decorating tools, materials and equipment.
• Setting up and using access equipment following appropriate training.
• Installing protective coverings, temporary screening and access plant as required.
• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring materials are available when needed.
• Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
• Working safely and complying with Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting project teams to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Keen to learn a skilled trade and develop a career in Painting & Decorating.
• Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated.
• A positive team player with a can-do attitude.
• Passionate about delivering quality work and excellent customer service.
• Organised and able to follow instructions effectively.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of Health & Safety.
