About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and professional Security Support Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position with ongoing training and clear opportunities for career progression. You will be the first point of contact on site, providing a visible security presence while delivering excellent customer service. Your role will be key in ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a visible and approachable security presence
- Keeping staff, visitors, and the site safe and secure
- Monitoring CCTV and responding to alarms
- Managing access control and visitor entry
- Writing clear incident reports and daily logs
What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work alone and within a team

- Good timekeeping and customer service skills
