Relief Security Officer – East Midlands (Burton & Derby Areas)

Sites include: Lloyds Bank, Halifax, Nationwide, Samworth Brothers

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence + your own vehicle

Shifts: Days, nights, weekends – supporting holiday cover, sickness and short-notice callouts

Operational Excellence

  • Follow all site policies and Assignment Instructions (AI's)
  • Adjust to changing site needs and suggest ways to improve service
  • Always work within industry guidelines, displaying correct licences

Training & Development

  • Complete mandatory training to keep your skills sharp
  • Embrace additional learning opportunities to advance your career
  • Make use of technology to stay up to date on processes
  • Renew your SIA licence 16 weeks before expiry

Security & Safety

  • Spot and report Health & Safety risks immediately
  • Stay alert to suspicious behaviour or security threats
  • Log incidents accurately and follow the correct reporting procedures
  • Make required check calls on time
  • Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, emergency services and the Mitie Communications Centre
