Job Description

Your responsibilities will include

  • Emergency Call Handling
  • Fire Alarm Management
  • Aerodrome Emergencies
  • Emergency Services & Agency Coordination
  • Out-of-Hours Emergency Calls
  • CCTV Monitoring
  • CCTV & Incident Investigations
  • Training & Development

Additional Duties

  • Complete other duties and responsibilities as requested by your Supervisor or Manager

Essential Skills

  • The right to work in the UK and a 5-year checkable history
  • A valid SIA CCTV licence – (desirable)
  • 1–2 years' experience working within a Security Operations Centre / Control Room environment – (desirable)
  • The ability and willingness to obtain a high level of security clearance
  • Current UK Driving License (no endorsements)
  • Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends, including occasional short-notice operational requirements
  • Excellent computer skills
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures
  • The ability to produce accurate logs, reports and routine correspondence
  • Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence, professionalism and absolute integrity at all times
  • A willingness to embrace new training, development opportunities and changes in working practices Willing to undergo any relevant training, work weekends and 12-hour shifts.
