JCA is seeking a proactive MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and financial aspects of a portfolio of contracts in Longcross. You will forecast, value work, administer contracts, manage risk, and report to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.
In this role you will lead cost management, tender support, procurement oversight, and stakeholder engagement with project engineers and estimators to deliver projects on time.
