Role Responsibilities:

  • Completing a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing and remedial plumbing.
  • Completion of routine monitoring tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
  • Maintain our customer's water log books and complete the necessary documentation in accordance with current guidelines and company policy.
  • Carry out water system clean and disinfections in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company procedures.
  • Testing, servicing and maintaining of thermostatic mixing valves and remedial plumbing works where required.
  • Carry out clean and disinfections of cooling towers and process water systems.
  • Carry out closed system on-site analysis and chemical dosing.
  • Complete mains injection works.

What we're looking for:

  • Someone with previous experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment.
  • Someone with formal plumbing qualifications (NVQ level 2 or 3 or equivalent).
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems is desirable.
