Responsibilities
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning.
- Ensure cleaning staff understand task schedules and follow correct Health & Safety procedures; provide technical training as required.
- Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, manage use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
- Deal with issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
