Mitie Group plc is seeking an experienced Catering Manager for a full-time, on-site role at B&Q, Burton upon Trent in Staffordshire.
You will oversee daily operations, cover meals when chefs are absent, manage a diverse team, handle stock, food orders, menu planning, and ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene.
The schedule runs Sunday 9pm to Friday 7pm, with 40 hours per week, including on-site client liaison and KPI meetings.
