This role is across multiple custody Suites in West Yorkshire. Travel will be expected in this role.

Key Requirements for the Role:

  • Senior Management Experience: Proven experience operating at senior management level, with direct responsibility for leading and developing teams.
  • Financial & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrable ability to manage Profit & Loss accounts, including budget ownership, cost control, and financial planning.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Strong analytical capability with the ability to assess complex situations and implement effective solutions at a strategic level.
  • Audit & Quality Assurance Experience: Experience in audit processes and quality assurance frameworks, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Health & Safety Management: Working knowledge and practical experience of managing Health & Safety within an operational environment.
  • Professional & Flexible Approach: A proactive, adaptable, and professional attitude towards work, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build, maintain, and enhance relationships with customers, colleagues, and senior leadership teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience managing customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
