We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team within a busy hospital environment. This is a key role in ensuring our clinical and non‑clinical areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will support the day‑to‑day coordination of the domestic team, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed effectively, efficiently, and in line with hospital policies and national standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support domestic staff across designated hospital areas
- Ensure cleaning standards meet infection prevention and control requirements
- Carry out regular audits, quality checks, and documentation
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members
- Manage rotas, allocate daily tasks, and monitor staffing levels
- Liaise with clinical and non‑clinical teams to respond to cleaning priorities
