Join Our Workplace Experience TeamWe are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Workplace Concierge / Coordinator to join our fantastic team at the Cardiff headquarters of a leading corporate client.
This is a varied and people-focused role where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Assistant Estates & Facilities Manager, you will work closely with a supportive onsite team to ensure colleagues have an exceptional workplace experience and can focus on their day with minimal disruption.
What You'll Be Doing
- -Acting as a key point of contact for colleagues and visitors
- -Providing workplace support and resolving day-to-day queries
- -Setting up, resetting, and maintaining meeting rooms and collaborative spaces
- -Supporting workplace events and employee engagement activities
- -Ensuring office areas remain professional, organised, and presentable
- -Assisting with facilities-related requests and escalating issues where required
- -Helping colleagues with workstation and desk setup support
- -Working collaboratively with the wider workplace and facilities team
- -Identifying opportunities to improve the workplace experience and proactively suggesting solutions
Excellent customer service and communication skills
- -A positive, approachable, and professional attitude
- -Previous experience in reception, concierge, hospitality, workplace, facilities, or office support roles
- -Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- -Understanding of workplace technology and desk setups
- -Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- -Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy office environment
- -A proactive mindset and willingness to get involved wherever needed
