Signature Guest Services is opening a new Lloyds Banking Group office site in Cardiff. We are seeking a Lobby Ambassador (Corporate Receptionist) to deliver a 5-star visitor and colleague experience at the lobby and front-of-house.
Role requires a minimum 2 years in premium hospitality, immaculate presentation and strong IT skills (Outlook/Condeco). You will host guests, coordinate meetings, support FOH operations, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
