Location: Cardiff & Bristol. Salary: £17.23 per hour (£35,000 per year). Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, office‑based with variable shift responsibilities and ad‑hoc events.
This role is a front‑of‑house leadership position within a corporate integrated facilities management account for one of the UK’s leading high‑street banks. You will own the day‑to‑day Front of House (Guest Services) operations across multiple sites and set the tone for service excellence.

- Set and maintain consistent, premium service standards across all locations.

- Manage day‑to‑day people processes (scheduling, absence, payroll).
