Role Responsibilities:
- Delivering basic plumbing, ceiling repairs, carpet fitting, fitting door closers, roof and gutter cleaning, emergency light testing, painting and basic carpentry skills.
- Customer care/relationship building skills are essential in order to communicate with both internal and external clients.
- Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
- Supervise trainees and technicians where advised and communicate with departmental management to ensure resource requirements are clearly understood.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in facilities management or building services.
- The ideal candidate should be qualified in a Building Services discipline.
- Plumbing experience.
