Location: Cardiff, CF15 7YJ

Role Responsibilities:

  • Delivering basic plumbing, ceiling repairs, carpet fitting, fitting door closers, roof and gutter cleaning, emergency light testing, painting and basic carpentry skills.
  • Customer care/relationship building skills are essential in order to communicate with both internal and external clients.
  • Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
  • Supervise trainees and technicians where advised and communicate with departmental management to ensure resource requirements are clearly understood.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in facilities management or building services.
  • The ideal candidate should be qualified in a Building Services discipline.
  • Plumbing experience.
