Mitie is looking for a Retail security officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues. It is preferable that you hold a current SIA licence and own transport, an advantage.
Required Qualifications- Full 5-year checkable employment/education history (failure to do so could result in offer withdrawal or employment termination).
- Current SIA licence preferred.
- Deliver industry-leading customer service.
- Deterrence of violence and public order offences.
- Conduct patrols of the store.
- Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss.
- Liaise with the store management teams.
- Liaise with Police and crime partnerships to support the reduction of crime in store.
- Wear Body-Worn CCTV to support the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety.
