Pay rate: 13.23 Various Shifts (to be discussed at interview)

Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues. It is preferable that you hold a current SIA licence and own transport, an advantage.

Required Qualifications

  • Full 5-year checkable employment/education history (failure to do so could result in offer withdrawal or employment termination).
  • Current SIA licence preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver industry-leading customer service.
  • Deterrence of violence and public order offences.
  • Conduct patrols of the store.
  • Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss.
  • Liaise with the store management teams.
  • Liaise with Police and crime partnerships to support the reduction of crime in store.
  • Wear Body-Worn CCTV to support the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety.
