We are looking for an organised, efficient and experienced Control Room Operator to join our security team at Mitie Business Services. You will be working within a supportive team to maintain and monitor CCTV, intruder, and fire alarm panels.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operational requirements—ensuring compliance and accurate recording of incidents to identify risks.
- Escalate incidents, report Health and Safety concerns, and respond to emergency situations.
- Produce accurate reports to ensure alarms are efficiently responded to.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a control room or security environment.
- Knowledge of the law across the Private Security Industry, Health and Safety for the Private Security Operative, Fire Safety, Technology and Systems in the Security environment, and Emergency Procedures.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and a desire to excel.
- Valid CCTV License.
- 5‑year verifiable education or work history with references.
