We're looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to provide Mobile delivery of facilities support services across our client sites, covering the CB, SG and LU postcodes.
Role Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all building fabric activities, such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating.
- Ensuring you are working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements.
- Required to answer queries, report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
What we're looking for:
- Full, current driving license.
- Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, in a construction or similar environment.
- Qualified to Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds.
