We're looking for a Soft Services Administrator who will lead the day-to-day delivery of soft services on the HSE Buxton contract, ensuring operational excellence and strong financial performance while supporting key functions including Reception, Stores, and Helpdesk.
Role Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities across Reception, Helpdesk, and Stores to meet contractual KPI standards
- Produce and manage rotas to ensure full shift coverage in line with contract requirements
- Monitor and control expenditure while identifying opportunities to maximise income and improve financial performance
- Lead, support and develop team members through training, appraisals, and performance management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with health and safety, including risk assessments and safe working practices
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or helpdesk role
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Full UK driving licence due to site location
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and deliver service improvements
