We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer with an Electrical Engineer Bias to work within the Hard Service Team and support service delivery across the contract with a proactive approach. The purpose of the role will be to work within the Hard Service Team, as well as supporting other service streams on the contract when necessary, maintaining service delivery and quality in line with contractual requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Complete electrical installations, testing, fault diagnosis, and repairs to a high standard using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Undertake planned maintenance tasks for M&E systems and fabric tasks in line with KPIs.
  • Ensure all electrical and mechanical aspects of the site perform safely, effectively, and efficiently.
  • Adhere strictly to company Health and Safety policy and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
  • Attend call-outs, breakdowns, and carry out fault diagnosis and repairs, including working outside normal hours where required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Trade qualified to BS 7671 (18th Edition) in Electrical Installations and City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, plant, controls, and ability to read technical drawings.
  • Proven experience in a similar environment, preferably within the FM Hard Services industry.
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other Windows-based programmes.
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, flexible, and able to build strong working relationships.
