We're looking for a hands‑on Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team supporting the Metropolitan Police contract across three sites in London. This is a working supervisor role where you'll lead from the front, combining your technical expertise with team leadership to deliver high-quality maintenance services.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of 8 engineers across 3 sites, ensuring effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance
  • Carry out hands‑on mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled maintenance tasks
  • Allocate work, provide technical guidance, and support team development
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or electrical discipline)
  • Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory or lead role
  • Strong understanding of building services and compliance requirements
