Lead Engineer
Clymac is a leading provider of fully integrated Fire & Security Systems across the UK, seeking a dedicated professional to support and lead the engineering team.

Responsibilities
- Ensure performance and service are in line with compliance and monthly schedules.
- Respond to customer needs, complaints, and concerns with urgency as required.
- Complete toolbox talks with direct reports, providing clear records of completion to the compliance team.
- Be available for site surveys and installation handovers as directed by the Regional Service Manager.
- Organise and maintain an effective call‑out rota for the area.
- Responsible for minor works within the area through a dedicated minor‑works resource.
- Assist the Regional Service Manager in managing the engineering team.
- Deputise for the Regional Service Manager during periods of sickness and holidays.
- Support engineers in stock control and further action management.
- Attend and assist with troublesome sites and complaints.
- Technically support DRS and the Sales Team with quotations.
- Initial planning of PPM on large/complex sites – meeting with customers in support of key sites in the region.
- Assist in the delivery of small bespoke projects and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Who We're Looking For

- Have at least 5 years' experience as an accomplished multi‑disciplined Fire & Security Engineer.
- Possess a technical background in the electrical/electronic industry (beneficial).
- Have experience in front‑line customer service (preferred).
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence – mandatory.
- Are flexible to travel and be part of an on‑call rota.
