Job Overview
Deliver exceptional maintenance. Build strong client relationships. Make an impact. We're looking for a skilled and proactive Multiskilled Engineer with experience across Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric works. In this hands‑on role, you'll carry out a variety of PPMs, remedial works, plumbing tasks, minor fabric repairs, and electro‑mechanical duties—all aligned to our clients' high expectations and agreed timescales. From emergency lighting checks to AHU maintenance, you'll ensure all tasks are completed safely, professionally, and with clear, detailed write‑ups of the work carried out. You'll also maintain customer logbooks, keep documentation accurate and compliant with company and industry standards, and update client systems via PDA. Your technical expertise will support repairs across plumbing installations, heating and ventilation systems, and general building fabric—using your experience to deliver first‑time fixes wherever possible. What You'll Bring
