ROLE: Fabric Technician / Maintenance Operative
Hours: 40 hours,
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned and reactive general maintenance tasks.
- Supporting engineers with planned and reactive maintenance activities as required.
- Undertaking building fabric maintenance, including painting and decorating works.
- Performing basic locksmith duties.
- Escorting FM visitors, suppliers, and subcontractors around site.
- Completing additional duties as directed by the Supervisor.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and customer service at all times.
Reliable, practical, and hands-on.
- Able to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.
- Organised with good time management skills.
- Willing to learn new skills and support colleagues when needed.
- Comfortable carrying out physical and practical work.
- Positive, proactive, and customer-focused.
It's a Bonus If You Have
- Basic joinery or locksmith experience.
- Painting and decorating skills.
- Previous experience in building fabric maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Experience within facilities management, maintenance, or a similar environment.
