Role Overview
Hours: 40 hours per week.

We're looking for a Commercial Coordinator who will support quantity surveying and commercial management activities while assisting the Projects Commercial Director and Senior Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Projects Commercial Director with coordination, preparation and management of key documentation, reports, presentations and meetings.
- Deliver administrative support to quantity surveying and commercial management teams.
- Support rollout and administration of electronic payment software (Payapps) and contribute to Project Bedrock tracking and adoption.
- Help prepare, process and maintain contract documentation including subcontracts, purchase orders and payment applications.
- Collate and submit monthly commercial reports, CVRs, business reviews and forecasts, ensuring document storage and accurate record‑keeping across all commercial materials.
Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant administrative experience within construction, engineering or commercial environments.
- Experience supporting commercial or quantity surveying teams (desirable).
- Familiarity with Payapps, ERP systems or business change projects is advantageous.
- Strong organisational, communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong numeracy capability.
- Professionalism, discretion and the ability to meet deadlines while adapting to new processes and business change initiatives.
