We're looking for a confident, approachable Retail Security Officer who can bring energy, professionalism and a calm presence to the shop floor. This is a role where no two days are the same as you'll be helping to protect people, prevent loss and create a safe, positive shopping experience for customers and colleagues alike. What You'll Be Doing
- Providing a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Deterring theft, anti-social behaviour and public order offences
- Carrying out regular store patrols
- Operating CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss
- Working closely with store management teams
- Supporting partnerships with Police and local crime networks
- Using Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety for everyone onsite
What You'll Need
- A valid SIA licence (or willingness to complete the training - we may be able to support you with this)
- A full 5-year checkable employment or education history (this is essential for vetting)
- A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
