We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality.

Rate of Pay: £13.45 per hour
Location: Asda - St Austell, Cornwall, Bodmin, England PL30 4BB
Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence, PA1 & PA6 preferred, ability to tow trailers is an advantage, some experience preferred, must be available to do gritting in the winter.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking.
- Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively.
- Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation.
- Report site hazards and relevant information to management.
- Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required.
What we're looking for:
- Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments.
- Good understanding of smartphone technology.
- Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential.
- PA1 & PA6 spraying license is a plus.
- Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles.
