Salary: £13.63 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 7 am to 3 pm, 5 on / 2 off

We are looking for a Site Co‑Ordinator to join our amazing team, supporting both administrative and cleaning operations within a fast‑paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Site Manager ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across the site. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting reporting and administration processes, and delivering excellent service to our client, while also supporting the cleaning team when required.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist in managing all administration processes related to the contract.
  • Work closely with and take direction from the Site Manager and Regional Account Manager, attending weekly or monthly meetings and conference calls.
  • Update internal and external databases and administration systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • File documentation both manually and electronically in line with business policies and procedures.
  • Manage reports and supporting contract documentation and assist with the preparation for client meetings.
  • Provide flexible business support to ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.
  • Support general cleaning and tidying of all warehouse areas, including washrooms and canteens, using appropriate cleaning equipment, materials and products.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
  • Respond promptly to client call‑outs and manage waste disposal in line with site procedures.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety legislation and Mitie policies, with full training provided.

Qualifications

  • Administration experience essential.
  • Knowledge of facilities management sectors desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office – must have good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach to working.
  • Strong planning and organisational ability; manage own time and prioritise workload.
  • Relationship building skills; self‑starter willing to take initiative and support and guide team members.
  • Ability to generate, develop and present ideas and suggestions for improvement.
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential information.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Customer care – capable of delivering results and exceeding expectations.
  • Well presented, professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Completion of Basic Disclosure (DBS Check) and drug and alcohol screening test required.
