ROLE: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias

We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) who will help maintain critical building services, deliver planned and reactive maintenance, and support the efficient operation of a key public sector facility.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site.
- Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on electrical and building services systems.
- Deliver minor electrical installation works and support lifecycle and small project activities.
- Supervise subcontractors, manage permits to work, and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
- Complete CAFM records accurately while building strong relationships with the client and building occupants.
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- Recognised Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management environments.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills with experience of building services plant.
- Good understanding of health & safety legislation, safe systems of work, and CAFM systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence with strong communication and customer service skills.
