Responsibilities:
- Maintain all cleaning public toilets, equipment and areas in a clean, well‑maintained, and safe condition, adhering to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of your designated cleaning area, including optimal hours for cleaning tasks and the specific cleaning equipment and chemicals used on‑site, while complying with Health and Safety regulations.
- Perform 5 hours a day cleaning at one site with additional hours of mobile cleaning at various public conveniences across Basingstoke and its surrounds.
Working Hours:
- Work set and flexible hours, which could be split from 5 to 8‑hour shifts.
- Be flexible as there will be day shifts, some evenings, and some weekends to provide coverage for absences within our team.
- Your availability for morning, daytime, or evening shifts is essential.
Training and Collaboration:
- Complete all necessary cleaning and operational training independently.
- Team collaboration is crucial, but you should also be comfortable working independently when needed.
Customer Service:
- Build strong, positive relationships with our clients.
