We're looking for a Reactive Maintenance Coordinator who will own and manage the reactive maintenance process from initial request through to completion and closure, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery of maintenance activities.
- Role Responsibilities
- Own and manage the reactive maintenance process from initial request through to completion and closure.
- Co-ordinate reactive maintenance activities through internal engineering teams and specialist contractors.
- Ensure all reactive works are prioritised, assigned and completed in accordance with SLA response and completion targets.
- Ensure suitable RAMS, permits and supporting documentation are in place prior to commencement of works.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress and manage customer expectations through to closure.
Experience co-ordinating reactive maintenance activities within a technical or facilities management environment.
- Experience working within regulated or compliance-led environments.
- Experience using CAFM systems and managing operational work orders.
